Again a lot of English so its not too hard for you to figure out what this is.  Its harder to figure out why anyone in their right mind would want to do this. 

Not really sure what the antibiotic deodorant has to do with anything but clipping this thing on your nose for about ten minutes is supposed to make your nose taller and more like a westerners. 

Once your nose grows you can get some hair dye from the thousands available, bleach your hair, get some blue color contacts, use one of the thousands of  skin whitening creams available and become your own version of Maikeru Jakuson!
