This is glue that you apply (carefully) to your top eyelid to give you the defined eyelid that a lot of the worlds Asian population doesn't have.  

Seems like a lot of work and money (about 15 bucks) and risk to make yourself look more like a westerner.  The funny thing is there are about 5 or so varieties eyelid glue at every drugstore.
