April 4th marked the opening of Yuki's Dad's new venture, Jyu Jyu.  Jyu Jyu is an restaurant specializing in okonomiyaki and small side dishes (and really good draft beer).  For those of you who don't know what okonomiyaki is, it is kind of a mixed up concoction of batter, eggs and whatever else you want to put in it, fried up like a pancake.  The name literally means fried up whatever you like.  Combinations on the menu include pork, green onion, cabbage and potato, topped with mayonnaise and seaweed flakes.  My favorite is pizza okonomiyaki with bacon and cheese being two of the ingredients, topped off with not only mayonnaise but also ketchup.  Yum Yum.
