In November things started to get really pretty around here with the leaves changing and all.  Things got busy as soon as we got back from Canada.  At the end of October, I had to do a speech for the senior citizens university about Canada and how I view Japan.  (Next time you have to do a speech, think about how much more difficult it would be if you had to do it in Japanese.  I was nervous but in the end it was a lot of fun.)  On Halloween Day I went hiking with one of the elementary schools that I visit.  There are some pictures from the top of the mountain in the photos section.

Another new hobby:  Yuki and Sayochan and I started taking pottery classes.  Once I get my teacher broken in I plan to do a page on that but since we have only had 1 class so far, that may take a while.
