No matter what size of a place you are living in right now, it is a palace compared to the size of the average Japanese apartment.  Here is a look at the inside of our one bedroom pad (PS: Yes Mom we usually keep it a lot cleaner).  In our complex most of these same sized apartments are home to a family of 4 or 5 so we have it lucky with just the 2 of us.

Some of you may wonder where the picture of the bathroom is.  Well it is just after you come in the door to the right but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't fit it into a picture because it's too small.
